Our approach

We want you to be satisfied with ZKyNet. If our service isn't working for you, we'd rather give you your money back than have an unhappy customer. Our refund policy is straightforward.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

This 30-day money-back guarantee is available once per account. It applies to your first subscription payment only.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@zkynet.org with the email address associated with your account.
  2. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  3. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day. Upon refund, your access to the Service will be terminated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@zkynet.org.

When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after the 30-day money-back window has passed.

What's not eligible for a refund

  • Accounts that have already received a refund (one refund per account).
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
